Free estimates
Every estimate is free. The online number is a starting point — Josh confirms your exact price before he starts, and nothing changes without you saying yes.
Weather
Rain, storms and freezing temps move wash day. Josh texts you and you pick the next good day. No charge for a weather reschedule.
Rescheduling
Need to move it? Just let Josh know a day ahead.
Water & access
Josh needs an outdoor water spigot that works and access to every side being washed — unlock the gate and put the dog up.
Payment
Due when the job is done. You get an invoice with a link to pay. Commercial and community accounts can be billed on a schedule.
Not happy with a spot?
Tell Josh within 48 hours and he’ll come back and make it right.
