Hi, I’m Josh.

I’m Josh Leonard. Keepin It Kleen is my company, and Chauncey is home. We wash houses, roofs, driveways, pool decks and gutters all over Middle Georgia — Eastman, McRae, Hawkinsville, Cochran and the towns in between.

You’ll talk to me. I answer the phone, I come look at the job, and I give you a straight price before anything gets wet. Then we show up when we said we would.

Houses and roofs get a soft wash — low pressure and the right cleaner, so the mildew dies and your siding and shingles stay put. Concrete gets the real pressure. We move the porch furniture, cover the light switches, and leave the place like we found it, only clean.

A lot of our work is for neighbors who have us back year after year, plus a few churches, storefronts and realtors getting a house ready to list. If you’re around here, you’ve probably driven past one of our driveways.
